We invest solely in women, or non-binary led startups.
That means a female or non-binary CEO, or co-founding team where they hold equal or significant equity.

US, UK & EUROPE

We invest in companies in the US, UK and Europe.
We're sector agnostic, but with a preference for tech or tech-enabled

pre-seed to seed

We invest in early-stage startups.
We identify top performing companies from our Hive Founders programmes using our proprietary methodology.
